Welcome to Manly Ultimate!

This is the official site for all the information you need to know about Ultimate Frisbee on the Northern Beaches. We play Ultimate all year round, on the beach and on the grass. We have a women's and a men's club team that compete at the National level and we even have some Australian representatives among us. But mostly, Manly Ultimate is about having fun, meeting people and getting fit playing a great sport.

Summer Fling Tournament

Manly Ultimate Frisbee(MUFL) is having a Summer Fling on Sunday 7 December at Nolan Reserve in Manly Vale (a five minute drive from Manly Beach).

When? Sunday 7 December

Where? Nolan Reserve, Pittwater Rd, Manly Vale.

Format? Mixed teams one-day tournament (max of 8 teams)

Who? League, university, club teams, all levels of experience.

Cost? TBC, approx $20-25 per person including lunch, sunscreen, field hire, AFDA fees, prizes etc.

Summer League

Our biggest season is the summer. We run a 2 division league with hundreds of players competing. It is split into 2 leagues with a break over Christmas. If you are interested, go to the link "League". Anyone is welcomed to play. We play on Thursday nights from 7 - 9 pm and then head to the Fisho's for a drink and some food. Have a good run, play hard, then head to the pub with your mates, that is what Manly is all about.

Beach Ultimate

Beach Ultimate is playing during the summer months at Queenscliff beach every Sunday afternoon. It is open to anyone to come and have a go. It usually start about 3 or 4 pm and finishes off with a swim.

Every Thursday in the winter, we play a pick up game at Balgowlah Oval off Sydney Rd. (across from Bally Boys High) starting at 7 pm. Contact development@ufnsw.com.au for more details.

Muffler - Manly Women's Ultimate

Manly Womens club (MUFFLER) is running Women Development Sessions in the pre-season to the Nationals season. These are to develop the skill of any girls or women in the Manly area who are interested in improving their skills, throws and general knowledge of the game. These will be run starting 19 November 2008 and will be held at Grahams Reserve (same location as Manly League.) They will run from 7:15 - 8:45 pm on Wednesday nights. MUFFLER has been around since 2002 and has their share of success. Semi-finalists every year they have competed at Nationals, MUFFLER is always the dark horse of competitive Women's Ultimate. This year we are hoping to add some fresh faces to the roster and work on developing our beginner and intermediate players. If you are keen to play Ultimate and live on the Northern Beaches or in the area, contact us. We are a fun club to play with. We have a mixed of experience from World representative to high school players. We are all about having a laugh while getting fit.

Manly Mens Ultimate

Manly Massif is the mens frisbee club. The boys are serious about playing hard and partying even harder. They have had much success over the years but most of all it is a great group of guys who have lots of fun on and off the field.
